I don't have any documentation to confirm that. It's just what I remember from meetings with Cisco to discuss use cases for Nexus vs. Cat 6500.
The Nexus is meant for an enterprise data center where the need for NAT capabilities at the switch level will be unlikely.
Plus, I don't see any typical NAT commands nor is there a feature to enable NAT.
You can try to confirm with your Cisco SE.

I don't believe NAT is supported on the Nexus 7000.
