No Active Connections Found

Good day to all of you.
I’m posting my issue in this space because i believe it has to do with Networking issue.
I have a ISR 4451 Router.
All configuration are correct.
The router is connected to the internet, i can

ping

to my Trunk service provider, also the router can be accessed remotely (22 port).
however the router can not connect to the webex control hub. I believe it’s not connecting to the webex control hub because the print result below:

No Active Connections Found

Can anyone tell me how it comes and how to fix it?
There no credentials or authentication problem.
Thank you in advance.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your ISR 4451 Router's connection to the Webex Control Hub. Despite having the correct configurations and no authentication problems, you're getting a

No Active Connections Found

result when checking the SIP connections.

To resolve this, you might want to:

  1. Double-check your router's network settings and ensure that all necessary ports and protocols for Webex are allowed.
  2. Verify that there are no firewall rules or network restrictions blocking the router's access to the Webex Control Hub.
  3. Ensure that your router's firmware is up to date and compatible with Webex requirements.
  4. Contact Webex support for specific guidance on router configurations and troubleshooting steps.

Thans you.

All points are checked. I believe the issue is on the point 2, but im not sure

How/where is that webex hub connected in relation to the ASR rtr and what routing are you using?

Hello
You only have a default static route pointing to a subnet relating on interface gig0/0/0, so if you dont have any other specific route applied, Then the rtr will try an forward traffic via that defined next hop.
If that webex control hub resides off gig0/0/0 I would check the routing device attached to that interface to see if it has route for it.

Please rate and mark as an accepted solution if you have found any of the information provided useful.
This then could assist others on these forums to find a valuable answer and broadens the community’s global network.

Kind Regards
Paul

Hi Paul,

I have checked everything on the router and modem side, and everything looks normal. Thus i do not understand where is the problem.

Do you guys think if i reset the router could solve the problem? I hve no much experience in routing in switching.

@noe.manuel If you got the solution to your problem from @Aftab Khan why did you mark your own reply as the solution to your question/problem?
