Is the throttle value above acceptable? The complaint is lagging internet and our network monitor does show them peaking at times...

Rtr has been up about 6 months...

Hi, your throttles value is minuscule compared to total input. Likely router has no fault, check your bandwidth usage, P2P, how yous ISP is doing, etc.
