The solution will be to use vrf Lite or MPLS.
If you are operating over a WAN you will definitely have to consider implementing mpls vpnv4 for the transportation of each vpn tunnel, as you will need to export and import route targets RT along with creating a unique route distinguisher RD for each 1.1.1X network so asoto keep them unique across your WAN.
A bit of Route Leaking will be involved that will allow connectivity to your remote overlapping net from the server network perspective.

couple of solution i can think of, but what device between these network ? do you have FW ? ( any network digram to choose right solution.
