Packet Tracer Help (ACL)

I've attached my pkt file. I am having trouble implementing a DSL Server on a network. I have a simple version set up for practice, and it lacks proper ACL configuration. The hardware configuration I need is displayed in a colored box below the network. Any advice would be great!

I know how to physically connect the segment in the pink box to the existing network. However, I was having trouble creating the necessary ACLs that will allow pings (icmp) to and from certain sub-interfaces on the Core Router, given some communication parameters.
