Can you paste in the "show version"? Also what type of interface are you trying to apply PBR on? Could you paste in the configuration on this interface? Does the switch give you any error when you try to apply the command? Please paste in "show sdm prefer" You may need to change to a routing template if you're currently using a desktop template. Here is the configuration guide for changing the SDM template:

You can change it to desktop routing instead of desktop default.
conf t
sdm prefer routing
end
wr
reload
Make sure you reload or the change won't take affect.

You must need to configure following in Cisco 3560g
-config t
-sdm prefer routing extended-match
-wr
-reload
Cheers!!!

Dear,
I saw in the below command, no IPv4 PBR access. So what is your recommendation that which type of SDM template will be used.
Please reply soon.
