I have a 45Mb ethernet link which is terminated between a 3845 router and 3825 router.
g0/0-3825-g0/1 ----g0/1-3845-g0/0--L3
Now when i ping from the L3 to the 3825 g 0/1 interface i do not see any drops but there are quite a number of drops when i try to ping the 3825 g0/0 IP.
Does this mean the problem is with the router than the link?

Problem with router interface.. can you have another interface at 3825?
Which you can replace and see ??result.
Second assign fast dumplex 100 MBPS on that interface and watch the result??

Hi,
Interchange connectivity of g0/0 and g0/1 and check the ping to both interfaces.
Thanks,
