I know for a unicast packet the destination mac keeps changing every hop. What happens in case of a multicast packet?
does the mac keeps changing or the multicast mac is maintained

The output is similar when u run the VM on virtual box however in Fusion you see only 3 Nics the fusion is set as the vbox vm in terms of network adapters and ip addresses
