have you install the virtual instance : for example :

virtual-service install name sln package bootflash:ubuntu.ova

as per the document :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/sln/installation/guide/Learning_Network_License_Virtual_Service_Installation_Guide_v_1_1/SLN_Container_Installation_Guide_chapter_01010.pdf

we need more information to help here.

1. show version

2. what kind of RAM ( 8GIG minimum requirement)

3. Do you have enough flash (50GB or more)

4. where did this OVA got from ? have you download docker from cisco site :

https://developer.cisco.com/kvm/

attached on of the document if you building own OVA to deploy in ISR.

here is good video - which works for me, should work for you :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=649KigM8eBk

Hope this helps you.

As i have advised you, this is a community forum - we help the best we can where possible, if this is urgent please do contact Cisco TAC if you have smartnet contract or service contract.

For me looks like you have resource issue - because never tried with Lower ram than 8GB and more HDD space

but you can debug and post the logs to understand what went wrong ?

debug virtual-service all
terminal monitor

then virtual-service install name ubuntu package harddisk:ubuntu.ova

you  can capture logs and post here.

This is very clear message why failing - as i mentioned past post and video and otehr document, check the requirement before installing container.

You need to patient to install OVA how you wait installing VM in esxi or any other virtual machine to bootup.

You have space issue here. so read again PDF attached to thread before you rushing and installing.
