Problem with HSRP routers becoming both active-active and rebooting

I have a problem with HSRP routers becoming both active and rebooting on their own.

The message occurring after the self reboot is the following:

"Reload: Self Reload. Reason: Not in correct state for becoming standby."

Is there any reason for this to happen? Is it a normal behavior in the HSRP process?

Can i have the configuration of the device and sh standby command output for further understanding.

can you share the configuration on both devices. Meanwhile, just make sure that the L2 connectivity for keepalive is working between the HSRP active and stand-by.
