Hello,

I have some questions about this routers series.

I understand this series is for SD WAN router, i am right  ?

The router factory configuration is with and vedge IOS.

By default all the interfaces are linked to the VPN0, is it possible to use this kind of models without SDWAN features ?

Can i use this model with normal ios, classic command ? Configure like a bgp / ospf router with classic interfaces ?

i believe you can install IOS XE

The router can be converted to "autonomous".

Console into the router and post the complete output to the command "sh  romvar".

I will post you the result of the command (sh romvar). I tried to download 17.6.3a and install with this command : request software install /home/admin/ after scp the .bin on the router. I can't install, when i did a verify on the image there is an error. It's not an ISR image (CW family). I update the router from 19.2.3 to 20.5.1 viptela IOS. But i miss something for installing the IOS XE version. Maybe the Rommon version needs to be update too ? Regards

Are you in enable mode when the command "sh romvar" was invoked?

Yes sir, i was in ensablé mode. I tried also in vshell mode withiut success
