There's no way any file can be copied from ROMMON mode. You can only view the contents of the flash from ROMMON mode (using 'dir flash:'). However, if the router was not 'manually' power cycled after the crash, you may obtain a stack trace from ROMMON which can be decoded to obtain more information about the crash. The commands that can be used are:
ROMMON1>sysret
or
ROMMON1>stack 50 or 'k 50'

Note: The stack trace collected this way may not always be very useful in diagnosing a crash.
Alternately, if the crashinfo is stored on a PCMCIA flash card, you may take it out and use it on a similar router or on a laptop with PCMCIA dlash card reader.
