Hi Team,
We have two routers R1 and R2.
R1 is connected to R2 via point to point link. Behind R1 we have a large networks connected with all runnning EIGRP with process 110. The interface on R1 connecting to R2 is under AS110.
Behind R2 wehave large network and all connected to AS 120 and all are running EIGRP. INterface connecting to R1 is under AS 120.
SO how can we learn all the routes from R1 to R2 and vice versa, as each router belongs to diffrent AS and none of the interfaces were shared to other AS.
Please clarify.
Thanks
Naveen

Hey Naveen
What is the protocol running between R1 and R2? Is it EIGRP? If so, both the interfaces should be in the same EIGRP AS to establish a neighbiorship between them.

Hi CF
Running EIGRP between R1 and R2.
If neighborship belongs to R1 AS i. e 110
In R1 we have only one AS info configured.
Where in R2 we get both 120 and 110 configured.
So redistibution will be done in a which router or both.
How can we do it in R1 as only one AS configured.
Thanks

If R2 has both then you could do the redistribution there but it won't work as it is currently configured.
As CF said you need a neighborship between the two routers which means they need to be in the same AS on their connecting interfaces.
So R2's interface should be put into AS 110 and then you can redistribute between the two ASs on R2.
