Ripv2 dynamic routing on packet tracer

Hey Guys,

So i must do dynamic routing with the protocol RIPv2 on the packet tracer. I can't find the issue. Notebook 1 can communicate with Router1 only not Router2 and Provider2. Notebook 2 can communicate with Router 1 such as Router 2 and Provider1, but there is like on IP on Provider1, like if i Ping from Notebooj 2 to the IP it does communicate, but with a 50% Packetloss. Deactivated on RIPv2 the no-auto summary too.

You can find the file below

Thanks in advance

the left router, Router1, did not have

no ip routing

configured. After enabling

ip routing

you have full connectivity. Attached the revised file...

Hello,

post your zipped Packet Tracer project (.pkt) file, and include any passwords if you have those configured...

Hey,

files types like .pkt are not supported, if i drag the file.

Hello,

you need to zip the file. You can use a free program like 7-Zip.

Ignore my old comment  - Can you post on Router 1

I was thinking like the same, but i'll try and inform if it worked out

It didn't work

But if i try to type like the 10.0.10.10/24 to R3 it assigns it to 10.0.0.0/24 even if wrote 10.0.10.10/24. Should I try to change the 10.0.10.10/24 IP -Address.

ignore my old comment, can you post

show IP router

from Router 1 and Router 2 and Service provider1 (make sure IP routing enabled in all routers)

They should learn both the routes from RIP

coming to your original post -

Notebook 1 can communicate with Router1 only not Router2 and Provider2 (I take this as provider 1)

if the Router 1 Learning routes from Router2 and Provider 1 - they should be able to ping each other.

check the is all the interfaces up,

Notebook 1 - use traceroute to check where the packets dropping.

Note : last couple of post we seen end device also have FW, so disable when you pinging notebook to notebook
