Our Router(R2) to CiscoASA(9.8.1) can,t ping each other. Cisco Asa run on GNS VM.
R2 router ip 192.10.10.2 255.255.255.0
ASA IP 192.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
all port are up state also configure ASA interface
# nameif inside
#security-lavel 100
Me also checking purpose use on fortigate firewall but same issues occour.
can you say any problem my gns3 or ASA Firewall setting?

It can gns issue
To be sure capture traffic inbetween and see arp req and reply are it exchange or not.
Show ip interface brief
in router to check status of interface
Show interface ip in asa
to check status of interface

now i check packet filter but could not understand.
asa new ip:1.0.0.1 and router :1.0.0.2
when we used VPCS changed on router. It work and pinging VPCS to ASA
