routes redistribution between two vrf

Is it possible to redistribute the routes between two vrf's on the same router without using an external routing protocol?

You mean with Static Routing ?

I configured the routes dynamically through EIGRP

but as I see from the guide you provided it is not possible

Hello, 

To the best of my knowledge, no, you can not as they are separate instances of the routing table and neither knowns about the other. You would need to either statically route between the vrfs or use a routing protocol.
