I can not seem to find a interface to setup.  I tried playing with Service Engine interface but not getting anywhere.

Wouldn't the config be something like, this is from a 3945 so might be some differences

interface SM1/0
 ip address 172.17.224.254 255.255.255.248
 ip wccp redirect exclude in
 service-module ip address 172.17.224.251 255.255.255.248
!Application: Restarted at Sat Jul  4 01:39:23 2015
 service-module ip default-gateway 172.17.224.254

Hello Richard,  That is what I thought going into this.  However not seems to be the case.

I did find this ...  and seems to be the way to setup the "Built-IN" WAAS.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/4400/appnav/isr/isr_appnav/isr_quick_start.html

And now I have a bunch of stuff auto configured on the router that I've never seen before and don't know what its doing..... yet.
