Strange NAT behavior on Cisco ISR G2 routers

Hello, we have strange situation on some 2911 and 3945 routers when configuring nat. For example there are no "nat inside" statements in the configuration of 2911 router, but anyway i see this translation in the "show ip nat trans *" output:

Pro Inside global      Inside local       Outside local      Outside global

udp 195.177.106.22:500 192.168.114.2:500  ---                ---
udp 195.177.106.22:4500 192.168.114.2:4500 ---               ---

clearing does not help. it disapears only ater reboot.

SW version is 15.1(2)T2
