10 gig SFP+ Uplinks
How many SFP+ ports do you require?
10/100/1000 copper x20 or more and 6+ SFP gig fiber
If you want this cheap, you won't find a single-unit-appliance. You're looking at two units and stacked. Like WS-C3750X-24TS (24-copper ports) and stacked with WS-C3750X-12S (12-SFP ports). For SFP+, the 3750X can also support C3KX-NM-10G which brings you two SFP+ port to a single unit of 3750X.
Take note that I am not recommending 3850 switches (even though they have the same price as the 3750X) for the following reasons:
1. I don't know the network you're planning to deploy the switches to; and
2. 3850 is still very unstable.

thanks for get backing to me on this topic
the SFP+ i need 2 of. At the current moment i believe i have found a solution that will fit within my budget by using sfp media converters to take a couple of the standard sfp's and convert them to copper.
