Hi i am on ASA and want to SSH my neighbour router, is that possible?

I am afraid that you can't. I think this has to do with security.

You can as long as your router has a crypto image (k9 in th IOS name) and you create crypto keys.
#crypto key generate rsa general-keys modulus 1024

I think the post was asking to ssh from the ASA to another device inside the network.

No matter how many crypto keys you generate the ASA still does not support being a client for telnet or for SSH. The issue in the original post is not about crypto keys (which are not an issue for telnet) but is about the security architecture of the ASA.

No can do. You can NOT SSH/Telnet from an ASA.
