Hi guys,
which tools or command i could use to check all my traffic in/out from my interface, i have a router with an interface 100 mbits with 10 Sub-interface hanging on it, i would like to measure how many traffic is passing throught it and if i also need to separate the traffic or even change my router for one with Gigabit interface.
Best Regards,

On the device, show interface should show average usage rate for the configured load interval.
There are many tools, including some that are free, that can obtain and graph interface usage. Try searching the Internet for them.

Set up snmp on the switch and use software like cacti or observium. You will get nice graphs this way.
If you want more detailed data on where traffic is actually being routed look for netflow.
