The USB ports were not design to support data traffic via USB. It's used primary to transfer files from the router only.

I use this router with 3G USB internet: http://www.cradlepoint.com/products/ctr500-mobile-broadband-router
You could use this and connect it to an Ethernet interface on your 2811. Just think of it like a WIC for 3G internet that you have to glue onto your 2811
You might also look into these 3G HWICs http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/modules/ps5949/ps7272/product_data_sheet0900aecd80600f41.html
Also, keep your eyes open for Cisco SMB/SBCS products that can do this in the near future. I am beta testing a Cisco product right now that can do this.

I'm looking for assistance with attaching a cradlepoint MBR1200 to a Cisco 2821 Router via Gigibit interface.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for setting this up.

Just configure the router as for any other Internet connection.

Here are the guidelines for the use of the USB ports:

USB eToken Feature
The USB eToken feature enables device authentication and simplifies the deployment and secure configuration of Cisco routers. It uses smart card technology in a USB form factor to facilitate the authentication and configuration process. The token provides secure access to the router-the token and a PIN are necessary to access the configuration, keys, and credentials. The token can also be used to securely provide the configuration to the router, because the configuration can be encrypted on the token.
The USB eToken can be used to store files. Any kind of files that need to be securely stored and that can fit on the eToken can be stored. The eToken can store X.509 digital certificates as well as configuration files. These files can be transferred from the router to the eToken with a Cisco IOS® Software CLI command or by using a GUI-based software application called Token Management System (TMS) available from Aladdin Knowledge Systems. For more information on TMS or for ordering eTokens, visit http://www.aladdin.com/etoken/cisco.
USB Flash Feature
Is it mean that using tokens, the usb interface can be configured as other wan interfaces like, Ip address and subnet mask and other interface related commands, NAT etc???

No.
If you want to use your Cisco router to interface to a USB internet device then buy this http://www.cradlepoint.com/products/ctr500-mobile-broadband-router or something similar.
