Hi Everyone,

We have change our firewall for a Cisco ASA couple month ago.

From this time, one of my user can't access by VPN to his customer office (Cisco VPN).

We use Cisco Anyconnect for us (Outside to inside) without any trouble but for him, connection are block. Do you have any idea? I can send you my configuration if you need.

Thanks.

Léo

Am I understanding correctly that a user in your network is attempting to establish a Remote Access VPN session to a customer network? And that this used to work? And that it stopped working when you implemented a Cisco firewall in your network?

Was there a firewall in your network before you implemented the Cisco?

Are there any access lists or other security policies on your ASA that might restrict Remote Access VPN traffic from your network?

Tell us more. Do these 3rd party users have a separate connection profile? How is anyconnect authenticating? Locally? Ise? What is the actual error that they are getting? Please post config as well.
