I am simulating a Campus Area Network (with minumum of 30 routers) using packet tracer version 6 and I want to capture the packets on wireshark. HOW CAN I GET IT DONE. If now how can I analyze using tracer itself. THANKS

You may refer to the video tutorial on the packet-tracer portal.
http://www.packettracernetwork.com/tutorials/video-tutorials.html
But you can do this on GNS3 quite easily. So better do that, for network of such scale (30 routers).

A campus would not have 30 routers.
A campus in the real world would use a few routers or more likely a L3 distribution switch which is routing between the campus Vlans.
