We got our WS-C4500X-16 as our main router.
Some ports which are ten gig ports shows some drops and other things.
We have some people complaning every now and then, I mean not continuously (bad connection, speed, etc, on wired and wireless networks) and I wanted to know if these little drops have anything to do with that.
What does "oversize" mean on WLC ports?
What does "Tx-Drops-Queue-8" mean?
What does "CrcAlign-Err" mean?
these counters are increasing very slowly, and the switch uptime is 33 weeks, 5 days, 19 hours, 51 minutes.
Ports 3-4,13-16 are attached to Cisco WLC
Port 8 is MPLS
Ports 9-10 are connected to two Nexus switches

based on the input, for not i do not see major issue, you need check other things also post complete show interface x/x output where you see some numbers and Queues and oversizes to look what is wrong. also suggest to change the patches, also clear the counters and observer.
Slowness - you need to define - is this internet slow, Local network, or your Server access.
if you have NMS what is the CPU and interface utlisation that time when the user complained.
This could be issue in the path what is the Slow users complaining. so you need to find what is the source and what desitnation which have slow connection.

on port 1/8 i can see "media type is 10GBase-ER-*" what does this mean? can it be the SFP? We are using other vendor SFP! but all other SPFs are the same vendor.
