Viptela site losing connectivity with no visible issues with WAN connections

Please Help!

 

I have a viptela site where office member are losing network connectivity, but there are no visible issues with either of the two WAN connections; no events in vManage indicating network loss.  The office is complaining of losing network and phones are going into SRST mode. The issues are sporadic. Here is the setup:

  • there is a Cisco 2911 router connected to the Viptela (Connected to gi0/2)
  • There is an e-switch module within the 2911 router (no issues shown in the switch logs)
  • vManage shows no visible issues with the WAN connections that would cause a drop in the network.

This one has my team stumped. Please help if you can. Let me know if you need any additional information.

Hi there!

Can you please provide your configurations from both 2911 and vEdge here? Besides that, "request admin-tech" from vEdge should be helpful together with exact time when you had downtime last time (it will be easier then to correlate this in the logs).
