What Happens at end of SD-WAN License

Have not found an answer to this and my Cisco SE says that it is an operations question.

For cloud provisioned Viptela SD-WAN

When we come to the end of a current subscription period, there is the possibility that the subscription is not renewed right on time (since there is currently no auto renew functions for SD-WAN licenses). what will the customer experience for the "brief" time that new orders are processed?

Will the customer see a notice that their subscription has lapsed?

Will they still be able to see the vEdge end points but not be able to manage them?

Or will the vEdge just stop working?  this is obviously the worst case.

Is there someone to work with in Cisco besides opening a TAC Case to push the end date a little bit as the orders is being processed?

Hi,

I have tried to get clear information on how the Cisco DNA SD-WAN licenses with no luck, as by my experience licenses are enforced  in a "trust" method (i have not found a  way to input a license file or set up call home feature in any of the controllers), meaning that cisco "trust" you have the proper active licenses at any given time and no disconnection or feature removal should happen.
