ASAv on Azure

I have Deployed a ASAV in Azure infrastructure I have logged into the ASA through the management interface with the public interface thats was created when it was deployed . I want to use gi0/0 as the outside interface. I configured the NiC-1 with a public IP manually after the Asa was deployed. My understanding is that NIC-1 corresponds to gi0/0. What I’m confused about is on the Asa itself. Do I configure the gi0/0 interface with the public ip I assigned to Nic-1 or just use the private ip that was assigned to NIC-1 during deployment? Also how do i route traffic to that public IP on Azure do i need to put that interface in NSG

Four NICS named vm name-Nic0, vm name-Nic1, vm name-Nic2, vm name-Nic3

These NICs map to the ASAv interfaces Management 0/0, GigabitEthernet 0/0, GigabitEthernet 0/1, and GigabitEthernet 0/2 respectively.
