There are no specific routing protocols or policies that you should follow just because you are running Nexus. If you are running vPC, you do not want to peer routing protocols through a vPC. That includes through a FEX that is connected vPC. There are other rules as well, but that is the main one. Here is the document that I use when setting up Nexus 7k's for vPC and routing. There is a section (starting on page 69) that is for vPC and layer 3.
