Connectivity issue between F5 to FEX n2k

Hi Dears,

I need to connect a BIG-IP F5 in STP mode Pass through to FEX N2K. But still can't ping the GW even F5 ip addresses.

Please can someone assist if we can connect F5 to a FEX?

If yes, which configurations need from both sides?

FEX is just like Line card, there is nothing in there, Parent switch like Nexus 5K and Nexus 7K control everything.

So you need to post the configuraiton to look.

What ports on the FEX are you plugging into? If it does not have a parent switch, nothing will connect to it. If connecting via parents Nexus device, are you getting links up/up for the F5?

What is the gateway you are pinging? The Nexus parent switch?

Yes i'm using the N9K nexus with below config:

interface Ethernet108/1/6
description XXXX
switchport
switchport mode access
switchport access vlan XXX
spanning-tree port type edge
no shutdown

Also, note that the port is up/up
