MUST I also need to order f/o cable seperatly or it's already included in N2K-C2232PF?

There's no FO cable shipped with FETs, you have to order them separately. Think about it, how would Cisco know what connectors you use on the patch panel side?

You"ll need a duplex LC- MM FO cable.
