IGESM in IBM blade center

Hi all,

Is anybody knows how to get telnet access to IGESM in IBM blade servers?

basically i need to enable trunking between this module and uplink switch.

You need to enable the external management from the management module.

The three OEM blade server switches for HP,IBM, and now Dell are a joy to work with...not.

With the IBM series please be sure that you notate what version of code is running on it and keep track of it because its the minimum version it supports. You put a earlier version on it, reboot, and you'll get a nice four port brick.

I think, if you know the ip address of the management module and if access is there you can access.

Else connect a console cable to the management console port and access the same.

You need to understand the bladecenter cisco n/w architectuer before you you try your hand.
