Issues with deactivating lacp graceful-convergence when connected between ESX Host and Nexus 9372

To Whom it May Concern,

I am encountering issue disabling lacp graceful-convergence with my Nexus 9372 and an ESX host.  I'm able to setup the VPC and LAG group respectively.  However, when I trip and disable lacp graceful-convergence the VPC on one side stays up and the other goes down.  It isn't suspended but essentially goes down.

I didn't see any miss matches in LACP timers and as soon as I re-enable graceful-convergence the VPC's all go up/up.

Any ideas, is there any concern with leaving lacp graceful-convergence on if the VPC's work?

Cheers,
Rash

have you had any issue with lacp with graceful-convergence enabled to ESX host?  I am running into same problem.
