Most certainly, as long as the server Operating System is able to support IEEE 802.1AX (previously known as IEEE 802.3ad) Link Aggregation.
The IEEE 802.1AX standard supports two modes of bonding, those being static and dynamic, and examples of server OS / NIC driver teaming modes for both are as follows:
Vendor | Static Link Aggregation | Dynamic Link Aggregation |
Broadcom | Generic Trunking | Link Aggregation (802.3ad) |
HP | Switch Assisted Load Balancing | IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic |
Intel | Static Link Aggregation | Dynamic Link Aggregation |
Linux | N.A. | IEEE 802.3ad (mode=4) |
vSphere | Route based on IP hash | LACP |
Note: When using vSphere, LACP is only supported with the VMware Distributed Virtual Switch (DVS).
