Most certainly, as long as the server Operating System is able to support IEEE 802.1AX (previously known as IEEE 802.3ad) Link Aggregation.

The IEEE 802.1AX standard supports two modes of bonding, those being static and dynamic, and examples of server OS / NIC driver teaming modes for both are as follows:

VendorStatic Link AggregationDynamic Link Aggregation
BroadcomGeneric TrunkingLink Aggregation (802.3ad)
HPSwitch Assisted Load BalancingIEEE 802.3ad Dynamic
IntelStatic Link AggregationDynamic Link Aggregation
LinuxN.A.IEEE 802.3ad (mode=4)
vSphereRoute based on IP hashLACP

Note: When using vSphere, LACP is only supported with the VMware Distributed Virtual Switch (DVS).
