UCS C220 M3 - Firmware and drivers

Hi,
I am new to this forum and to Cisco servers. So please forgive me if I might ask some questions.
I have a Cico UCS C220 M3 server. I am not able to sort out few issues: firmware update, IMC, Windows drivers.
Can anyone please help?

- Current firmware is C220M3.2.0.3.0.080120140402
I wish to update the server and its components to the latest stable firmware. I do not know how to do so. I found this file I downloaded ucs-c220-huu-3.0.4s.iso and created a bootable USB but it fails to start the software. It loads Linux and then it stops at prompt. I do not see any GUI interface.

- Current Cisco IMC ver. is 2.0
I am unable to use it at all as it requires Adobe Flash player.
How do I update it to a version that utilizes HTML? Otherwise, it is useless

- Windows Server 2016 Standard Ed. x64
Even if it is not certified I wish to install latest available drivers but do not know exactly what hardware I have installed (like GPU and so on). I found this file I downloaded: ucs-cxxx-drivers-windows.4.1.3z04.iso

- Which of these two links is best to use for downloading all available files?

thank you for your reply.

When I received your reply I was hoping to find all the answers to my post but sadly I noticed you just dropped a guide link, something I went through and noticed nothing new was there for me. I have done precisely what the guide tells and if you had the time to consult my post you should have noticed that I already downloaded the same exact firmware ISO the guide takes me to.

So, I am stuck to square one without having received any useful answer.

Can anyone please help me with the three questions? I will try this morning to post a screenshot or the error message I got after ISO Linux distro boots and suddenly stopps working.

As you have noted, 3.04s is the last version released for the older 220M3s.

Sometime the USB boot makers don't always provide a working solution for the HUU ISOs.

Suggest you hunt around for a old copy of old web browser version with flash support still built in, and use the vKVM to boot the ISO.

Else, get an external  physical USB/DVD drive, and burn the HUU ISO to a DVD/CD, and boot the HUU from that.
