Dear Colleagues

There is a connectivity issue with one of my B420M3 Blade Server that has been  occurred accidentally. this blade has two adapters for redundancy(VIC 1240 and VIC 1280). at the first time the problem with F0283 code has been with with VIC 1240 but after rebooting the server both of adapters stayed in down state.i have done some tshoot including recycling,re-acknowledging the server, Re-associating the service profile and even Decommissioning/Recommissioning the server but the problem insisted. theses are some information about my Installation:

FI : 6248  with  5.2(3)N2(2.25b) kernel version

Server: B420M3 with 2.2.5b package version

Adapter: VIC1240/VIC1280 With  4.0(5bS2) Driver version

OS : ESXi 6

my problem is similar to this Post:

The problem has resolved, it was Because OS Problem, and also Bad documentation of UCS error codes from cisco

Best Regards

Can you share the actions you took to resolve the issue so others can benefit from the same?

"This produces warning events F0207, F0479, F0283. These errors clear once each port has been fully initialized by an appropriate driver - ESXi or Debian Squeeze installer images are an easy way to take care of this".
