You can also calculate Watts->BTUs with the following formulas:
For Watts --> BTU/Hour, multiply the wattage by 3.413
For Watts --> BTU / Minute, multiply the wattage by .005689
You can get a rough value for watts by multiplying the voltage X the amperage (i.e., 120V @ 10Amps = 1200 Watts .... not exactly, but close enough).

Ciscos also have a tool to work out the exact power and heat load based on actual configuration. Also provides the % of capacity utilised on the power supplies units, pretty essential at design phase to ensure the correct PSUs are specified.
