Hi Team,
I tried to configure the alternate hosts in the gadget deployed in Cisco Finesse for v 12.0 according to the Official Documentation of Cisco Finesse but somehow it is not working.
I tried to stop the primary services but I was facing the service unavailable issue and then I stopped the Apache and then getting the 504 Gateway error, but after refreshing the page or by log out and log in again the alternate hosts is not getting loaded.
So can you please help us out with the scenarios in which the alternate hosts will going to load.
