Help you with what?  Do you have this SFP and switch and it does not work?  I have used MGBSX1 with SG300/500 so don't see why it wouldn't work on 200.

Hi

:-) Thanks for the AVATAR compliment :-) it is choosen as i do Cisco for 19 years !

we have a second switch SG200 with same module

Case owner is already informed - and stated that in CLI it is visible and working

SwitchF4EB2C#show interfaces status GigabitEthernet25

Port  Name                 Status      Vlan  Duplex  Speed    Type

gi25                       connected   1     a-full  a-1000M  Fiber

but in Web-View it is not ==> see attached screenshot.

So i assume it is a Web Menu Issue.

My name Eric Moyers. I am an Engineer in the Small Business Support Center.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I have reviewed your case and have a couple of questions that I didnt see the answers to.

What kind of cabling are you using?

What are you plugging the other end of the cable into and what plug is on it?
