Determine Router Model from SN

I have a router I am trying to determine the model number of so I can determine what the specifications are of the wireless componenet of that unit. However, I can't get access to the Model number, only the serial number. Trying to determine which exact model I have from there. Serial No is FHK122327OY, or 0Y. Thanks!

Hi. I am also trying to identify my modem and the default access key. Despite reset the one on the router label is not recognized.
