AAA for Smart Call Home

Hello ,

We are trying to setup Smart Call Home Service for our Backbone. We are using external AAA authentication.

We have configured username=callhome on our AAA server with a “xxxxx” password. Password is mandatory on our AAA.

Kindly let us know if we need to configure our devices with username/password

If you have already configured callhome user with appropriate privilege on your AAA server than you dont need to configure that user on the device.
