 For partner branding service, can partner use their CCO assoicate PSS/SC service contract for SCH raising SR?

Hi,

The service contract codes that include/support Smart Call Home are listed in Appendix A of this application note. Note that Smart Call Home does not raise an SR automatically under a PSS or SC contract. It sends an email to the partner instead.
