A customer of mine had ASR1001-X routers with IOS version 15.x and we upgraded them to 17.5.3.
Now we also did the Device Led Conversion (DLC) and the IP Services license showed up in CSSM.
However the IPSec licenses did not show up...
We then used the PAK files of these IPSec licenses to add them to LRP portal within CSSM manually which was no problem since the PAK files do show up as well.
Now when we want to convert the PAK's to Smart licenses as well, they do not show up in the selection window... Does someone know why this happens ?
I know that I used the same way with another router a few weeks ago and it worked well (I added the PAK in LRP manually, converted the PAK license to a Smart license, and after that it started to show up in the Smart licensing pool).
I hope someone can help.
