Hi,
I've set up a new Smart Software Manager (SSM) server and need to migrate a Cisco 92XX switch with OS version 16.9.4 to the new server.
Here's what I've done so far:
1. I removed the call-home configuration completely (`no call-home`). However, even after removing the configuration, the device still shows as "REGISTERED".
2. I reset the call-home statistics.
Despite these steps, when I try to provide the new Token ID of the new SSM server, I receive an "Already registered" message after entering the command.
Unfortunately, I can't reboot the switch because it's in a production environment. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue without a reboot? Thanks.

Thank you for your reply.. Sorry I didn't understand your question "what kind of License you have on Cat 9200"?
At the moment there is no license in use
Rest the configuration is identical that you shared in the link.
The problem is, I am unable to reset the call-home configuration .. The switch shows "Registered" even when I completely remove the call-home configuration.
