Customer has a CSSM-OnPrem which is used for their UC estate. They have CUBE/SIP licenses which are used for their 4431 PSTN CUBEs. The PSTN 4431s are using the CSSM-On Prem
Customer is getting 2 x more 4431 to use with MS Teams direct routing and as they will be located in customer DMZ they will not allow an inboiund connection to CSSM-On Prem so these will registered to Cisco direct and not via CSSm-On Prem
Can I use the CSSM-OnPrem virtual account for the MS Teams 4431s for their licensing so they can share the pool of SIP trunks?? I see the virtual account is greyed out when logging directly into CSSM and says it can only be managed via CSSM-OnPrem.....does this also mean devices can only use licenses in this virtual account if they use CSSM-OnPrem ?
