Unable to launch CSSM Satellite from browser post installation

Hi,

 

I installed Cisco Smart Software Manager satellite Enhanced Edition version 6.1.0. The installation seemed to complete fine and I am able to login as admin through the VM console. But, browser launch is not working(Both http and https). I tried the URLs: https://<ip>:8443/admin and http://<ip>:8080/admin. Can you please help ?

Additionally, if you have a service contract, you can open a case directly with Cisco TAC using the below

Hi mate,
The GUI password is different from the CLI password setup during installation.

for the default admin password.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue having just installed the CSSM ISO in vSphere. I can ping it, but the browser won't load the GUI.

Post installation, it takes more than 10 minutes for all the services to be up. The GUI launched for me when I tried after 15 mins.

This ended up working for me. I let it sit overnight and in the morning when I came back, the web gui was accessible.
