Hi All,
new to the SNTC APIs and am having a bit of difficulty getting access when I try and interface with the 'customer details' API. I believe I've assigned myself the appropriate access roles (e.g. API developer. I'm admin so believe I've assigned myself all roles) and manage to get a token generated using my client access ID and secret. When I attempt to use the token to query the Customer details API:-
https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/customer-info/customer-details
I get 403 Forbidden and 'access denied' response.
I'm using Postman at the moment to generate the requests, with Authorisation type set to Bearer token and token with the one generated in the first stage.
I believe the token is and response is viewed as valid as I get a use a valid token response if I change to the token to a made up value, so suspect it is purely authroisation.
Is someone able to assist and maybe check settings and logs?
Many thanks in advance for any help.
Regards
Steve

I having the same issue, can anyone help?
I am able to generate the token successfully, but calling the API using the same token is causing the 403 error.

Jeff
