Access Points not showing up in SmartNet

[EIPSCisco]

CISCO collector is able to manage Wireless Controller via SNMP read community string but none of the Access Points information shows up in SmartNet. Both SNMP community strings are confirmed to match between Wireless Controller and CISCO Collector.

Any ideas?
