Hi,
I have access to the portal but when I login I get "no data" for every query that I run. I am the only user in my company that is having this issue. I have logged on my computer as a different user and I see all the data. The issue seems to be specific only to my user ID which is

Hello Frank,
It appears that your CCO ID has been explicitly given access to the segment under the inventory on your account in SNTC. This is blocking your view of the inventory as a whole.
To fix this issue, please work with the other customer admin that has access to the portal (Kraig in this case) and remove the user-segment association for your CCO ID.
The other customer admin can perform this activity from Segment Management - Select Segment - View/Modify - Remove your CCO ID from "Assigned User" list.
Once this is done, you may log in to the portal with your CCO ID and verify your access.
